1. Cooling-Off Period (CPA Section 16)
To exercise your cooling-off right, email us at nico@yourway.co.za within 5 business days of payment. You will receive a full refund within 15 business days.
Condition: The cooling-off refund applies only if you have not downloaded any eBooks during the cooling-off period. Downloading eBooks constitutes use of the service and waives the cooling-off right.
2. Joining Fee (R300)
The joining fee provides immediate access to the full eBook library and activates your referral programme. This constitutes full delivery of the service at the time of payment.
3. Monthly Subscription (R200)
You may cancel future billing at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period — you retain access for the remainder of the paid month.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing paid content, please contact us within 7 days. We will either resolve the issue or provide a pro-rata credit to your account at our discretion.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Include your registration email and reason for the refund request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days via EFT to your bank account.
